Questions about Nursono
How much does Nursono cost?
Nursono Starter is €99 per month (up to 5 users), Professional €249 (up to 25 users, incl. duty roster and care reports) and Enterprise €499 (unlimited, incl. full patient record and controlling). Implementation with data migration and training is offered as a separate onboarding package from €2,900.
Which care services is Nursono designed for?
For home care services and mobile care stations with roughly 5 to 50 staff who want to digitise tour planning, documentation and billing without rolling out an enterprise system.
Can carers document on the road without a connection?
Yes. Mobile documentation works offline; service records are signed directly at the patient and sync automatically once a connection is available again.
Where is patient data stored?
On servers in Germany or, on request, on your own server. Nursono is self-hosted, there is no transfer to third parties and no analysis by us.
How long does implementation take?
Two to six weeks depending on the amount of data to migrate. The onboarding package covers setup, customisation, data migration, up to four training days and go-live support. The licence itself is active immediately after purchase.
