Questions about VectaroPOS
How much does VectaroPOS cost?
VectaroPOS starts at €50 per month (Starter, 1 till, up to 4 users). Pro with unlimited tills, branches and stock management is €100, Ultimate with on-site training and a dedicated contact is €150 per month. All plans can be cancelled monthly; there is no setup fee for the software.
Is VectaroPOS compliant with German fiscal rules (TSE, GoBD)?
Yes. VectaroPOS supports the certified technical security device (TSE) required by KassenSichV, produces GoBD-compliant daily closings and offers a DATEV export for your accountant. The TSE requires a USB stick, which we can supply.
Does the till work without internet?
Yes. VectaroPOS runs locally in your shop and keeps selling when the connection drops. Cloud sync and backups (Pro and above) catch up as soon as you are back online.
Can I handle consignment and second-hand purchasing?
That is exactly what VectaroPOS is built for: buying used goods with supplier assignment, consignment settlements, price labels and customer records with purchase history are core features. Rentals are included as a module.
How does onboarding work?
Right after purchase you receive your licence token and login details by e-mail. Initial setup typically takes a morning; we import product and customer data from CSV or Excel on request. For questions you reach the founders directly.
